Welcome to my old photos page. I have been collecting and buying old pictures of the local area for maybe 50 years and in that time a lot has changed. Originally if I wanted to copy a picture I used a camera and a tripod, now, if I can, I scan old pictures but today a smart phone is a good alternative. But some of my early pictures, borrowed from friends and students who were elderly then are the only record of some views and people in the local area.
I am pleased now that my website is updated I shall be able to make many more pictures from my collection available. Find the picture you are interested in, click on it to get the watermarked image and add to cart. This should take you to Paypal and then you should receive the image full resolution without a watermark. This is in the testing stage at the moment. If you do not want to use Paypal use the contact page and we can find an alternative way to pay.
My pictures are copyright and for personal use only. If you want to purchase a picture to use in a book, magazine, on a website or on any other public platform contact me for prices.
